Channel Coast Corporation performed a complete restoration of the 1928 Historic Research Center including Selective Demolition and Salvage, Hazardous Materials abatement, cataloging, storage, wood restoration, wood rehabilitation, door and window restoration, hardware restoration, clay tile roof removal and salvage, interior panel wall restoration, interior cabinetry restoration, handrail and stairway restoration, flooring restoration, exterior rafter tail replication and installation, light fixture restoration, millwork installation, window replication and installation, handicap upgrades, as well as performed the supervision of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, ceramic tile, and structural upgrades.
