Of that work, CCC typically self performs approximately 65% of the work in house, consisting of demolition, hazardous materials abatement, historic restoration, foundation and concrete work, framing, door and window installation, component restoration and millwork from our in house wood shop, drywall installation, and painting. This diversity of in house performance has consistently provided owners, property managers, and public entities with a quality finished product on time and within budget, without increasing costs to our clients. It also saves our clients money, since large amounts of each project are not subcontracted out and marked up, giving CCC the upper hand with our competitors on bid day.
