Mr. Calderon has spent the past seventeen years in painting, estimating painting, wall coverings, coatings removal, lead-based paint abatement, carpentry, asbestos abatement, demolition, historic restoration, and general contracting. Mr. Calderon’s additional duties entailed project supervision, scheduling, purchasing, and field supervision. Mr. Calderon’s trained eye for detail has proven to produce the most accurate analysis of each specific job in relationship to reviewing the specifications for accuracy, and identifying items overlooked in the planning stage. This asset has aided our clients in receiving pricing for the complete scope of work, thus reducing on-the-job changes and project delays in the construction stage. Mr. Calderon’s years of experience as a painting contractor and with carpentry and other construction projects has always assured our clients the fair and best estimates. He averages over $2 million a year in successful bids in work for Channel Coast Corporation.
